(KQTV) &#8212; The Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department said it is investigating a deadly shooting involving a school bus Monday morning. <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At approximately 6:39 a.m. Monday, Sept. 21, officers were dispatched to N. 18th Street and Longwood Avenue in response to a reported shooting. <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to a news release, upon arrival, officers found a man with apparent gunshot wounds, who was pronounced dead on scene. <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the time of the shooting, a USD 500 school bus was traveling in the area and was stuck by gunfire. <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No students on the bus were injured and no suspect is in custody at this time. <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KCKPD said the incident is still under investigation, anyone with information on the case is urged to call the Crime Stoppers TIPS hotline at 816-474-TIPS (8477).<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All tips will remain anonymous and may qualify for a cash reward.
