YMCA developing plan to temporarily operate Bartlett Center childcare

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. (News-Press NOW) — The YMCA of St. Joseph is developing a plan to operate childcare services at the Horace Mann Community Center for 120 days following the Bartlett Center board’s decision to dissolve the longtime nonprofit.
