MoWest to celebrate Founder’s Day with time capsule reveal

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. (News-Press NOW) — Missouri Western State University will celebrate Founder’s Day at 2 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 21 by revealing the contents of a time capsule from 1990.
