Streetcars and modern St. Joe

In 1887 St. Joseph became the second city in the United States with electric streetcars. The city later became home to Missouri Western State University, a strong parks system, and museums that hold more than outlaw stories, including the Glore Psychiatric Museum and the collections of St. Joseph Museums.
