Missouri is known for being home to a high percentage of family owned businesses. According to the Association of General Contractors, 70% of family owned construction companies do not survive past the founder’s generation. Ten percent make it past the second, and only twenty percent of those make it past the third. Join SEED Law for a business law workshop that highlights strategies for business continuity.
