Call Arthritis Community Services to enroll for the Chronic Disease Self-Management Program classes offered at the Joyce Raye Patterson 50+ Activity Center, 100 S 10th Street, St. Joseph, MO from 2:00-4:00 pm every Tuesday from October 6 – November 10.
