Buchanan County prosecutor declines charges in Caldwell death

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. (News-Press NOW) — The Buchanan County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office will not file criminal charges against sheriff’s deputies involved in the May death of Marcus Caldwell, concluding the deputies’ use of force was lawful.
