St. Joseph Catholic Academy launches capital campaign for growing needs

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. (KQTV) — The St. Joseph Catholic Academy announced it is launching a $10.3 million campaign to “catch up” and continue growing.

“More families are choosing Catholic education, our scholars have opportunities like never before and out five campuses are working together in ways that strengthen the entire Academy,” SJCA said in a Facebook post Monday.

The campaign, called “United in Faith, Forward in Excellence,” aims to fund four priorities across the Academy.

“Upgrading essential facilities, enhancing campus environments, improving accessibility and developing an Academy Auditorium,” the Facebook post said.

So far, the Academy said over $3 million has already been pledged as of Monday.

SJCA said it has over 700 enrolled scholars at its five Catholic School campuses.
