MoWest opens time capsule, reflects on 111 year history for Founder’s Day

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. (News-Press NOW) — Missouri Western State University celebrated 111 years of education Monday by reflecting on its past and unveiling the contents of a time capsule buried in 1990.
